BIOGRAPHY
- born in Helsinki 14.11.1946, lived in Hangö 1975-2003, now on the island Korpo
- 5 children, 8 grand children.
worked as a free-lance director etc for The Finnish Broadcasting Company /YLE 1969-1989 making children's films, animations and programmes of all kind. After that independent director-producer making own films or working with other producers. Since 1997 conducting animation workshops with young people in Senegal, Malawi, Rwanda, France, Iran, Finland .
illustrated and published several books for or about children in Swedish, Finnish,Danish,Icelandic, French, English.
Lots of exhibitions in Finland, France, Russia, Sweden etc. Posters, postcards, logos, covers, etc. Items like environment (sea), xenofobia, children’s rights…
Creative weeks for children 1975-92 , theatre festival: Hangö Teaterträff since 1992.
